Real Weddings- My new blog series
Over the years, I have had the honor of sharing in some GORGEOUS weddings! One of my favorite things to do is stay and touchup the bride because I get a first-hand look at what her wedding is going to look and be like. Over the years, I have had brides get married in some of the trendiest hotels, gorgeous resorts, alluring wineries, open desert fields, and quaint country barns. Every single wedding is so different but so unique and special. I have seen floral arrangements that cost more than my car, great grandma’s who were flower girls, (seriously, the highlight of my career thus far;) a barn built just so a bride could have her dream wedding in it, and so much more. Every weekend I come home from a wedding and the first thing I do is to remind husband I want to get married again- just so I can have another wedding (or one heck of a party.)
Even in my short 6.5 years of having my bridal makeup and hair business, weddings styles have changed. Fashion and trends are always evolving and for me, it is so fun look back and see how even our makeup and hairstyles have changed.
As I was looking through a wedding photo album from a photographer I recently worked with, I found myself wondering why I haven’t been blogging about some of these amazing and fun weddings I have been a part of. Well, welcome to my new blog series, "Real Weddings." This will be my opportunity to show off some incredible work by the best in the wedding biz but more than anything, I hope you find inspiration for your own wedding.
If you are one of my brides and would like your wedding to be featured on my blog, please feel free to e-mail me!
